- I am in the process of launching a mobile specialty pickleball shop. As I am in the early stages I do not currently sell products and have no other products at the moment, but I do have a couple of manufactures lined up that are willing to work with me, these include: Selkirk, Rombus, Volair, Udrippin, Franklin, Vulcan, Ethos, Pickleball Effect and a few others. I believe that this concept will be like no other and has potential to give a lot of exposure for products in underserved areas. Bellow I have detailed my business description, business model and target market. On-the-Go Pickleball Shop will be a mobile specialty sports retailer providing cutting-edge pickleball equipment and personalized service for players of all levels. We will bring premium products directly to customers at tournaments, community events, and popular pickleball locations for customers to purchase equipment anytime, anywhere. Our mission is to ensure every player receives tailored solutions for their unique needs. Our mobile store reduces overhead costs while maximizing customer reach. Revenue will be generated through product sales and our rental options for paddles and equipment Our paddle and equipment rental service will help customers make informed purchasing decisions by allowing them to try different paddles and equipment before committing to a purchase. This approach reduces the risk of buying the wrong product and provides the freedom to choose equipment that best fits their playing style. We will leverage social media, customer referral programs, targeted online advertising, event-based promotions, and a website to build brand awareness and drive sales. Our primary customers will include recreational players seeking quality equipment, competitive athletes aiming for performance gear, and new players looking to learn the game.
